- Q. Should I use "Peers", "Skills", or "Teachers" when making a New Post?
- A1. By making a new "Peers" post, you are inviting others to contact you who:
1a.) want to read and discuss a specific book "Title" (or, watch and discuss a specific film "Title", etcetera) that you are interested in reading and discussing.
1b.) have similar learning interests, motivation level, expected time commitment.
1c.) expect discussions in which each of you see yourselves as involved in, and committed to, co-discovery and learning.
1d.) are not expecting any money for their time.

A2. By making a new "Skills" post, you are inviting others to contact you who either...
2a.) want to learn a skill you offer to teach (i.e., they see and respond to your ad for "Skill-modeling offered" for such and such skill),
...or, who...
2b.) offer to teach a skill you want to learn (i.e., they see and respond to your ad for "Skill-model wanted" for such and such skill.)
Generally Skill-models will charge something for their time spent helping you learn skills (though this is not always the case, and some Skill-models have negotiable rates.)
